Love this bike. I Use it for daily for work. Recently made 2k miles in 2 months. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for all the support you've provided. When I shared how I rely on my Romeo Ultra II for my daily commute and work, I never expected the level of assistance I would receive. Unfortunately, after being involved in an accident a couple of weeks ago, it left both my bike and me in quite a state. Your concern for my health and recovery truly touched me, and I can't thank you enough for that. I also appreciate your help in getting the new parts to replace the damaged components of my bike. bought the Eahora Romeo Pro and we’re very happy with it. The bike looks great, feels solid, and is comfortable to ride. The motor is powerful and the ride is smooth and stable. A nice bonus was the bag that comes with the bike. It’s actually very spacious and convenient, and we use it all the time. Customer service was friendly and responsive, and communication was clear. Overall, this is a reliable, well-built e-bike and a great value. Would definitely recommend.

mileage is overrated it barely makes 40 mph on a full battery bike is very very heavy, very well built. If you are looking for something that's going to go fast this is not the one you should get. Other than that it's a good bike.

I'm very happy with the after-sale support from eahora when I need help Alisa was responsive professional and genuinely helpful she took time to explain things clearly followed up and made sure my issue was handled instead of rushing me off. The bike itself is powerful and well built but what really stood out with the customer service after the purchase having a knowledgeable service rep like Alisa makes a big difference and gives confidence that Eahora stands behind their products overall great experience and excellent support i would definitely recommend you Eahora to others

I ran into a few problems here and there but with the excellent customer service I received no problems now loving my new ride especially with the bit of extra speed

Would be a five star review if the bike did not come with some issues. The bike offers a great ride, and looks amazing. The battery on this thing never quits, as I easily get 140+ miles on every charge, going 25-30mph. The bike did come with a faulty front controller, that I needed to get replaced twice, as the second one died after one ride. The front fork also needed to be replaced after 500miles, due to something unexplained, and tech support could not figure out. The customer service for the replacement parts takes a bit of time, as it comes from mainland China, but as long as you show proof of issue, Eahora sends you a new part at no cost. I dealt with Silas, and he was great the whole time. Would highly recommend the Romeo pro 3, but just be advised that they sometimes come with issues, but Eahora will make sure it gets fixed

This bike has what I was looking for in an ebike. Speed, suspension and braking with a great look. I like the turn signals and headlight high beam and low beam. The 26-inch wheels makes it a smooth ride. What I did not like is the seat does not adjust for height. Overall The eAhora Romeo is a great bike and would recommend it to others.
