My dermatologist recommended this for me to use for under my fat rolls. I use it daily to prevent flair ups

There's not much fragrance to it. It smells very faintly of mint, to me.

Q: does this powder leave a silky feel on your skin or does it have a slight gritty feel to it?

I don't think I can say that Zeasorb powder is either particular silky or gritty. It's meant to keep the skin dry. People who use Zeasorb are interested in keeping moisture away. So it has a drying effect. It's a typical everyday powder--I have had silky powders with nice aromas meant for women. It's not that but it's not gritty either.
