Either put it on your salmon after it’s plated or put it after your fish is is done and put under the broiler until it starts to brown.

Great Taste
Love Johnny’s Salmon Finishing Sauce. Use it preparing Copper River Salmon. Just lay fish on parchment paper, add sauce, close and bake. Yum!

Broken bottle
I enjoy the sauce. Unfortunately one of the 6 bottles I ordered was broken in the shipping process and it made quite a mess when I opened the package.

Product is great but packagingfor shipment was very poor
We love the salmon finishing sauce however, whoever packed the box just threw the glass bottles into a box without any interleafing between them. The expected result after transport and handling was a box of goo that was delivered to our home. Not very well thought out in that department.
