I’ve had this unit for one year. I’ve used multiple tens units over the years but they have all had wires. When I first got it, the pads are huge and I’m a small person and they are not very flexible. But I loved the WIRELESS and the batteries last a long time and you don’t have to be right next to the controller for it to continue to work. Then I found these replacement pads on Amazon. This is fantastic! Easy to setup and use. Pads stick in great. The little book does a good job if modes and options. I have a wired nursal tens/ens but had both knees replaced that the wires got in the way. I grabbed this one on sale. Charged everything and then in 10 mins I was up and ruining. It is quite effective and I think I might even buy a second unit in the future. Maybe they’ll go insane again. Worth the money and convenience of the wireless function of it. I was worried it wouldn’t be strong enough or wouldn’t hold a charge long enough, but I was wrong on both counts. It’s a very comfortable to use in. The size is just right. It’s very lightweight and easy to store also.

I wasn't sure this would even work, but it is about the only thing that is helping my back. Misdiagnosis from a few Drs have made things worse, but I can get some relief positioning this in strategic locations. I've been pleasantly surprised at how effective this has been

Update: REPLACEMENT ARRIVED AND SO FAR SO GOOD! PERHAPS JUST A BAD BATCH, SOMETIMES THAT HAPPENS. THE COMPANY HAS ALSO STAYED IN TOUCH TO MAKE SURE THINGS STAY GOOD. I WAS ALSO COMPENSATED FOR MY TIME AND FRUSTRATION. I CAN NOW GET BACK TO THE DAILY USE, I HAVE HORRIBLE ARTHRITIS IN MY WRIST AND HANDS. I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!! I had this unit before , and I loved it , and it worked great until it didn't! I ordered another few months later and I received it used!!! Yuck I certainly don't want a unit that had the pad stuck to the outside of its bag and obviously used! It was missing charger and instructions. I guess worst of all is who ever boxed this to ship didn't even TRY to cover up it was used, smudges finger prints etc. I have asked for a replacement. UPDATE. I REMEMBER NOW, ABOUT 7 MONTHS AFTER I GOT IT AND FELL IN LOVE WITH IT! THE UNITS STOPPED CHARGING!! the 1st one then a few days later number 2 goes down. When i got the used unit I am returning. I went ahead and checked it out. Just as I suspected they charged a couple of times then 1 at a time they also quit charging 😒. I have now gotten the replacement and don't know whether to try it or just return it? Update: i received the replacement unit and so far so good. Perhaps there was a bad batch of theses particular units. I use it every day for arthritis in my wrist and hands.

After I learned to set it correctly I love it and use it while at work. It has helped my neck and shoulder so much. Would highly recommend Update review: It only lasted 2 1/2 months and it stopped working. (Just a little after the return date ) Before that it was amazing 😩

this wireless TENS uynit works really well, and the easy on/off magnets to the pads are a nice feature. The screen on the remote is OK, but a little confusing. However, the pads are $20 for two! That's crazy. Had I known that, i probably wouldn't have bought this. I may end up ditching this setup because i can't keep paying $20 for two pads. Sorry Nursal, you had a winner until the replacement pads are nearly half the cost of the unit. Stop being greedy.

I was quite pleased to finally have the opportunity to acquire one of these for myself. I had heard positive things about its effectiveness, although the underlying reasons remained somewhat unclear to me. Having experimented with it, I am currently enjoying the three distinct modes it offers: TENS, EMS, and Massage. With multiple intensity levels available for each mode, I am still exploring its full potential. I have found the massage mode particularly beneficial, and I was pleasantly surprised by how closely it mimics the sensation of a real massage. It has been helpful for my back, as I experience significant upper back pain due to sharing a bed with my children and leading a largely sedentary lifestyle as a stay-at-home mother. I have also tried the EMS mode and am still evaluating its effectiveness. While it certainly feels like it is working during operation, I am uncertain about the expected outcomes. I appreciate its ease of assembly and storage, and the fact that it does not require numerous components is certainly convenient for me.

It would be my luck that after losing 40 pounds through diet and exercise, that I would develop a muscle spasm, and my lower back. Anyway, after days of being on pain, meds, and relaxation through doctors orders, a friend of mine lent me their very expensive pro touch 6–12. I was using it for a couple days and started to finally feel relief. I went on Amazon to try to buy my own, theirs was $1000. The one I purchased I think was around 35. HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! But, only in price!!!! This little gadget works just as well as the professional strength TENS/EMS device! Yes, the little pads are a bit more expensive, but I prefer the wireless, because now that’s all I knew. If you were experiencing any sort of muscle aches or pains, I highly recommend this little gadget!!!!!
