Heating performance not as mentioned in the product description.
This is a product one should avoid at all costs. The jet of the steam is so weak that it is unable to smooth even the tiniest of wrinkles. It is supposed to deliver 25 g of steam per minute. The water in the 340 ml tank should last only for 14 minutes. In the steamer I received, the tank is still 3/4th full even after 45 minutes of usage. So either the wattage is wrong, or I received the wrong product. I used it after the return period was over, so I am stuck with this useless and dud product. I sincerely request that the manufacturers either replace it with the proper product or refund me the money.

Good but didn't like the plug
Product is good. Everything is as mentioned. But, i don't know why they have provided a big sized plug for this device. It's not a kind of one that are normally used in households. Only large plug (kind of the one used in AC) is suitable, and that made me wait for too long to start using the device.
