Will this remove makeup?

For me it does! I lather my face with it and then use a warm facecloth to remove everything. You have to pay a bit more attention around the eyes to remove liner and mascara, but it's gentle and never makes my eyes sting. I also purchased the eye make up remover, but to be honest, this works better.

Is this cleanser in the form of a cream or foam?

Neither actually.. it’s more of. Lear liquid that lathers up nicely. No soap, tastes lie salt if it’s accidentally tasted. This product is comparable to the expensive Obagi brand’s cleanser. After a full facelift in 2017, my Dr. have me Obagi.. I couldn’t keep up with the price so I searched til I found this. It is now ALL I use and when my surgeon sees my skin she says to eep up th goo work! (ps I also use facial cleansing wipes by Derma-E on th go!)

I've been using this for about 2 years, I'm guessing. I personally love it! I'm 43 and my skin is on the dryer side. I use it every night to remove my make up. My skin feels clean, refreshed and soft, and I don't find it drying at all. Sometimes I'll even skip the night moisturizer.
