Great protein powder with strong results. The 50g of protein per serving is excellent for recovery, and the Intense Vanilla flavor mixes smoothly without clumps. It’s not too sweet, has low sugar, and feels clean. NSF Certified for Sport is a big plus. Overall, solid quality and a good value for the price.

Great protein powder. Taste is great. It's helped me reach my protein goals. Sometimes when I'm on the go or going to work it's hard to get enough protein during the day. It blends easy in a protein shaker so the issues there, just make sure you are putting enough water since this type can be thicker than the normal version. Best price too it's even cheaper than target who usually has the lowest price. Granted it's cheaper by like 50¢ but still plus tax and the fact it gets delivered beats out a trip to the store. Long story short get this powder it's great.

I have used muscle milk for years and think they have some of the best flavors out there. I consistently order the vanilla and the chocolate with excellent results. Worth the purchase.

Good taste good quality. It is a thick shake protein packed really enjoy that and the cost. Excellent. I haven’t found a supplement like this that has flavor that many grams and the cost altogether.

Might as well get any other product if you are wanting double the protein and scoop up two times the asking amount. Mine does not have any chalkiness it’s easy to mix gives me energy throughout work especially when I can’t eat during work. Keeps me full when I don’t want to eat or not able to at times. Other than tasting the protein at times this is still pretty good I should’ve spent the few extra dollars for the strawberry but I was making cookies.

I've been buying protein shakes for years, and I've learned a couple things:-First, check your serving size! Upon buying any new protein powder, weigh out your scoops. Different brands are better or worse about providing a scoop that is the right size for measuring roughly the correct serving size recommended per the label. As you can see from my photo, each of the two scoops needs to be massive in order to get the 82g serving recommended by the label. It does not mention that scoops need to be heaping anywhere on the label.Second, 82 grams is a huge amount of powder. As you can see, it takes up half of my 16 oz shaker.Third, there are subtle changes to this label versus other MM products so that you focus on what they want you to focus on and don't notice what they don't want you to. The size of the font for calories for this product is much smaller than other products, and I think it's so you're less likely to noticed that it's several hundred calories.My thoughts?There's no reason the scoop shouldn't be the right size so that level scoops provided a weight close what is required per the label. Personally, I think this is because a full serving is a LOT of powder, and that the shake texture suffers when using the full amount. I usually use level scoops which is about 2/3 of a full serving; I don't get the full 50 g protein but it's much more drinkable and I'll get a few more servings out of it.Speaking of texture, I would highly recommend not mixing it with the recommended 10 to 16 oz of water and instead mixing with 18 oz, 20 oz, or more. I mix with 18 oz of water because that plus the powder fills my entire 24 oz shaker bottle, and the texture is chalky and there's always a 2-inch layer of froth to have to suck down at the end. I think they recommend 10 to 16 oz because anything more than that is a lot of volume of liquid to drink.I bought this as a treat for myself for my birthday because I usually get cheap unflavored pea protein and wanted something that tasted good with a few benefits of high protein and extra nutrients. Overall, I won't say I'm not satisfied, but I was disappointed by this product. The weird marketing of this product to make it seem better than it is left me with a bad taste in my mouth, and while the drink does not taste bad the texture is not great.
