I was never able to sleep in the plane, I installed this neck pillow with an eye mask and slept 9h straight. I highly recommend it. Expensive though hence the 4/5 stars.

ネックピローが肩に乗っている事は結構ストレスですが、こちらの商品はペットレストにセットできるので、肩の負担も無く快適なフライトでした。 持ち運びもコンパクトで、とても良い商品です。

Let's face it, it's difficult to sleep sitting. This neck pillow makes it somewhat easier, but it won't magically allow you to fall asleep. It's comfy and the back straps to hold you head back do work. It could be a little taller for me as my head still fell a bit too much to the side, but using it was way better than nothing. It's worth it if you travel a lot or have a long haul flight coming up.
