I’m reviewing my previous comment, since we reached out to the seller and they sent a new one after we returned the damaged one. This one works perfectly and it’s really easy to use for our 4y/o son. The only con is related to the brakes, they are too stiff and difficult to manage for small hands (we haven’t been able to fix this issue)———————————————————-There’s a problem with the front part of the frame where the front wheel should fit: the 2 bars are too close together and there’s no way to make the wheel fit. There’s just no way to get costumer service, they don’t have a web site or anything to get the problem solved… I just don’t know what to do with it now

It’s great loved it had it 24hrs and it got ran over 😭😭😭 so we didnt even get to enjoy it. Bought it for our 3 year old.

The tires had a hole in them when they came. I have to purchase new ones. The directions on how to assemble the bike are horrible. Whole sentences are missing or just completely stop in the middle of instruction. I am having my local bike shop fix the bike and complete assembly. Definitely avoid this product

The pedals were false threaded so I couldn’t get the pedals on it luckily he enjoys the balance bike but the metal rods for the peddles are still there spinning in the way. Kinda cheap and janky
