I purchased this for my daughter’s Iphone - and she really like it. However it stopped taking charge within 3 weeks of purchase. Had to return. **updating Rating based on Customer Service agreeing to replace item and reminding me that we have 30 days and 12 month warranty, will update product review once I have the replacement item**Update: we have had replacement case for about a month - and so far so good. Only real complaint is having customer service sending me a message 3-4 times a week to update review. Even as far as indicating their job is on the line.

Update: Replacement arrived. So far so good. Excellent customer service.Update: Seller promptly responded to issue and has promised a replacement. Will update again once replacement arrives.Size and weight are fine compared to previous cases.Holds a much larger charge than my previous cases.Smooth finish makes handling slippery.Weak interconnectivity between base and top of case. Fell off several times and was lost within the first week.

Definitely bulkier than a typical case - the added weight is noticeable but not too bad. Personally, I think the tradeoff between the size of a regular case and the benefits of a battery case is worth it. Don’t know if there are sleekier battery cases out there.Easy to turn on and off, using the same charger as the phone is very convenient, and it’s helpful that the phone charges with the case.

This case fit my Apple iphone 5S perfectly and works just fine. However, I was unprepared for how much heavier the phone is now. I guess I'll have to get used to that. The case is sturdy and rigid.Turning off airplane mode makes it charge quickly, however and it charged with my apple cord just fine. It came quickly and was packaged well.

The top on this battery case did not stay on, flipped off somewhere and was lost on The first day. I would like them to send me a new top If they would. I would even be willing to buy it please contact me if you even read these messages. Well now when I plug it into charge it makes my phone go beeping and it doesn’t even charge the battery. I’m so very disappointed in this product..To Seller:Good morning,At the point right now I am just going to buy another case from a different company. Your insistence that I change my review before the problem is solved it’s not acceptable. The new case will probably have the same problems. I’m not really happy about making the exchange only AFTER I change my review. You should solve the problem FIRST and then I’ll change my review ... but at this point don’t send me another case I will be buying from somebody else. Have been using for about a week. Is nice to have another 2 charges built into the case of the phone. Adds some weigh but I like the feel. Unlike the mophie, this unit has the same lightning connector for charging the case as the phone. The mophie uses a micro USB. Read some reviews about durability of this case but so far so good. I like the feature of extra life in the case and at least 0% to 100% twice out of the charge.

The connection between my iPhone 5 and the case’s lightning plug was very hard to obtain. Had to keep adjusting the phone in the case to get the charge to start. On my first day of using it, I put phone (with 100% charge) in my locker at work. The case blocked the normal phone reception so my old phone worked all day trying to get a signal. When I picked up my phone at end of shift it was shut down, dead. Sure I could charge it now, if I could get it working, but I need that signal more than I need a battery.

Have had the charging case just over two months and it stopped charging my phone yesterday. Tried removing case and charging separately to no avail. Really loved this case until then. Wish I could contact seller to see if I could do anything else to rectify it.
