Works as advertised. The gloves provided ripped as they were rubber. Steamed my entire bed and then my car. Very easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. It works good, easy to fill and you are able to control the steam output. Really like that its easy to hold and you are able to turn it on and off on the handle. what i dont like is the power plug is so short so you will need a extention cord.

Great product. Bought to clean shower tile and baseboards. Cleans soap scum without scrubbing. Easily cleans dust and grime from baseboards. Love the ease of carrying it from different areas.

It's so nice to be able to steam clean without lifting the tank of water and without using harsh/harmful chemicals. I am using this on the cabinets, to clean out the fridge, stove, countertops, bathroom, etc. I am very happy with my purchase!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product had very great reviews. When I got it and hook it up it worked really well. After 10 minutes of use on the first setting the hose connected to the box started to melt. If this part was made with different material that can withstand the heat, this product would be a must buy.Ease of use:I pulled it out the box and connected the pieces I wanted to use with ease.

Quality product and very easy to use. Not used it much yet but did use it to remove wax crayon from carpet and it was brilliant. I would recommend this product without hesitation.

Overall, it's a decent little steamer. I had one (popular brand) that was recalled, and they also made a mop with a detachable steamer and the mop was badly designed, so I got rid of it. This little steamer is great, beats those all to pieces and works well.I did put it through its paces with cleaning a stained percolator coffee pot. With a little spray dish soap it did work, although slowly. But that coffee grime is really difficult to remove, so it did a fairly good job. I also used it on my oven with mixed results but to be fair it was a half-hearted attempt with no soap or preparation. It easily tackled the drips on my cabinets and the grooves where grit/grime accumulate.The cord length is short, but the hose length is long enough to get around. I do like that. However, the hose is pretty flimsy and I am curious to see how it will hold up over time. It could be a safety hazard if it were to break.The heat/pressure settings are helpful. I did see a difference between the 3 and 5 settings. The time setting would be helpful if you were doing a large job that would require several minutes of continuous steam. But I think I'd run out of water before the timer went off. So that feature is kind of useless for me.It's light and easy to carry. The reservoir is simple to fill and drain, although I don't know why companies insist on putting drain holes anywhere but in the corner of a container. You have to shake it all around to get the last of the water out and you never can get it all.The attachments are fine, but for my general cleaning around the house, I'll just use the nozzle. I did try the steel wool and it was unwieldy trying to get it to stay within the direct spray. I do think the scraper tool will be helpful for patio furniture, the grill and things in the garage.It's a fair price. I would expect to spend this much on anything comparable.My biggest criticism of the unit is the way it turns off. It continues to spray after you've pushed the off button and that's just plain dangerous. There are gloves included but I think if you have regular kitchen gloves you'd get about the same protection. I took a star off for that reason, because you don't want to get burned just because the steamer didn't stop steaming when you hit the off button.I like the shape of it and the ease of portability. I'll keep using it. It heats up lightning fast and does the job.

The unit was defective. Despite being turned on for over 5 minutes, no steam was produced. As a result, I had no choice but to return it.
