You need to use consistently — I applied after showering, everyday for about 4-6 weeks before I noticed real results, but this has done wonders for the KP on the back of my arms (also combined with a physical body scrub in the shower a few times per week). Doesn’t smell great, sort of like glue or something! And is a bit of a weird texture and you really have to work to rub it in (absorbs better if applied after a shower and over a light layer of another moisturiser) but is totally worth it for the results

This cream is fantastic. I have very dry bad skin and it helps make it shiny.

I've been using this for 3 months now and have just added to my regular subscription. I've noticed a significant improvement in my skin. Not the cheapest scrub I've used, but definitely the best. Worth the money in my opinion.

I have keratosis pilaris and while it’s hard to say how much this body wash has improved it, my skin feels clean and comfortable after use. The smell is a little weird straight out of the bottle, but it doesn’t linger on the skin at all. I’ll likely buy it again and would recommend it to others dealing with the same issue.

First off, I have to say, I loved the packaging of these Body Peel Pads from Dermadoctor! The rich purple colour is beautiful, and it feels very premium. It's a nice change from the usual plain packaging of skincare products. I got them for my son who struggles with keratosis pilaris (KP), those common bumps that appear on arms and underarms. These wipes contain a blend of alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), beta hydroxy acids (BHAs), and polyhydroxy acids (PHAs). These ingredients are known to exfoliate skin and promote cell turnover, potentially leading to smoother texture and improved tone. The wipes themselves are convenient. They come individually wrapped in a box of ten, perfect for on-the-go use. Each wipe feels well-saturated with solution. So far, they haven't caused any irritation on my son's skin. However, the cost might be a drawback. At £29.99 for ten wipes, that's £3 per wipe. With a recommended usage of 2-3 times a week, a box only lasts about five weeks. Since consistent use is likely needed for KP management, the price can become significant. These pads are convenient and gentle, but the price is a consideration. If you're looking for a targeted KP solution and are comfortable with the cost, these wipes might be worth exploring. As always, a patch test is recommended, especially for sensitive skin.

Prefacing this with the fact I've never bothered to leave a review for anything... but this has really impressed me. I've always had mild KP but about 6 months ago (when I got COVID, possibly an inflammatory response?) it became incredibly worse and the upper half of both my arms was really covered, red raised dots everywhere. Steroid cream and moisturizing didn't seem to make any difference. After the second use of this, I saw a DRAMATIC improvement. It has been about 2 weeks now and there is still the remnants of the red dots but all the raised skin is completely gone and I'm hoping the redness continues to fade. I'd say it's 80-90% gone already. I'd given up a little but I'm so glad I gave this a shot. Expecting it to be completely gone within the next week or two at this rate. Honestly so impressed.

No es del todo efectivo pero si reduce la “inflamación” y reduce los poritos. Sobre todo después de la depilación con cuchilla. Es fácil de aplicar. Yo intento aprovechar al máximo el producto para exfoliar varias veces. Lo probé en queloides pero desafortunadamente no vi cambios.
