first time I got it I activated the machine and was working perfectly fine , I made nice mugs and did have fun for a while.. Then I stopped using the machine for few months ( around 3 months ) when I come back to try making a new mug printing , I find out that the machine is only flashing orange and red , and doesn't heat up.. I searched for the problem online and found out that many others having the same problem after using it for a while, some says it's software problem that needs to be updated , while others saying hardware problem, but no solution online for this problem. I would love to give high rating for it , but if the machine is not working anymore it's as good as scrap now and can't get higher than a star. it's only been 5 months since I ordered it.

I have been using Cricut products for fifteen years. I bought this last year on Black Friday. Heats up fast, heats evenly, and a timer so no guess work. Love that it covers the whole mug ( top to bottom) you do need to work in a well ventilated area. And butcher paper is a must so the images don’t transfer to the inside of the machine.

The Cricut Mug Press is an absolute game-changer for sublimation mug projects! I love how user-friendly it is with its one-touch setting—it takes all the guesswork out of the process. The press heats evenly, ensuring perfect results every time, and works seamlessly with Infusible Ink. The compact design also fits perfectly in my workspace. Whether you're a seasoned crafter or just starting out, this machine will take your mug designs to the next level. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to create professional-quality, custom mugs!
