Deliciously Sweet Heat Great For Summer's Grilled Meats
I was looking for Mendicino or Beaver Swet Hot mustard but seems that neither is available at any markets I've visited in the last three years so I was super hopeful about Maille x Mike's Hot Honey Special Edition Sauce that it might be similar to the mustards I'd be searching for. I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised and very happy! First of all, the spice level is perfection, just enough heat to enhance whatever I use it on without overwhelming it. I enjoy spicy food but not so hot that my taste buds are too traumatized to enjoy my meal. This sauce gives me a heat similar to horseradish but without that "top of my head burning" feeling so it's good on EVERYTHING savory, meaty, roasted, fried or sauteed. I even made a delicious salad dressing by adding it to a favorite vinaigrette recipe. There's more then enough to get experimental so try french fries, soft pretzels, chicken tenders, shrimp, sandwiches and burgers and hot dogs and pretty much anything except cereal and ice cream.

So good and so hot! So it’ll take your breath away and if you love hot items, you’ll be very happy with this!! I’m not used to eating a lot of hot hot foods, but this is just a great alternative for hot and spicy breakfast!
