Q: What would be full leg length for 5'9" with a 32" inseem? I'm planning for full leg protection when chain sawing. Can I get the longer one and trim?

Our straps are adjustable M to XXXL size. If you have our welding spats, you can buy the 24"X48" size for full leg protection. If not, you can buy the 24"x52" size.

Q: What size would I order if my husband is 5'11" and 236 lbs he wants them over his boots

24x52" will allow the coverage while retaining ease of movement.

Q: I am 6'3" and weight 350 lbs will any of these work for me?

I'm 6' 4" and 300, I ordered the 24X52. The straps are extra long so you can adjust it to fit. Just wear jeans and a good pair of boots under it. It keeps the sparks and slag off me when I am welding, cutting, or grinding.

Q: If my boyfriend is 6'2 and weighs 160 pounds what size is best?

I'm 6 foot so I hope an extra large.
