I usually do not write reviews. Just received yesterday. Used it last night and I must say this thing works. It's nice to do in the comfort of your own home. I will say the only downside, which I saw in another review, is the red dye. It got on my hands clothes, work mouse, and cell phone case. I try wiping it down so we'll see if that works. The product itself works though!

This product lives up to its description. There is no gray in between, it actually does what it says it does. Very strong resistance and accuracy for its functions. The adjustments are very versatile so it can be used by children, women and men. The handles are very sturdy and comfortable for grip while using it. I highly recommend getting this. It was an amazing Christmas gift I got for my husband but then got lucky to find out myself and our boys can also use it.

Knockoff brand but still good. Tension adjustment is hard to adjust. Hand grips bleed a red dye color on hands (see photos). Time will tell how good this really is. Use rubbing alcohol to help remove dye. Not sure if it will continue to bleed and if it will stop.

This thing is a monster. Heavy and well made with settings that make it almost impossible to use but give you a very good challenge and goal to work towards. I use this from so many different angles and Heights that I can get an entire chest and arm workout at home. Quickly. With some creative maneuvering you can even work a bit of your back and shoulders. This device is worth every single penny.I actually dropped my gym membership and bought a few of these home workout devices similar to this one, and have been very pleased with the money, gas, and time I'm saving.

The bolts on this arm exerciser were never tightened, many of them fell off on the first use, which of course causes your arms to fly toward each other, potentially slamming into each other, potentially breaking something, or overload and strain your muscles as it gives away. With everything tightened its easy to use until the bolts fly off again, which happens very regularly, this thing is a perma-safety hazard, poorest of the poor quality. It does what it advertises some of the time, its portable to a massive fault, very adjustable but it gave away on a low setting, so I would be worried for when it gives out when there's more weight.

I love it so easy to use , saw an electronic version which was more money , but this is just a center dialI set and forget it till I can easily move up the level resistance. I'm not putting doen the electronic models , just thought adjusting settings electronically might give out at some point. There is more routines and uses , so there is a market for a more complex adjusting method. But for me this one is great !!!! Would recommend this unit it's solid built piece of equipment !!!

this is a great solid product easy to use I will let you know in a few weeks after I have been using it for a while I want you to contact Amazon customer service the product has been delivered to my neighbor's apartment luckily my neighbor was honest and delivered my product back to me around 8 p.m. Yesterday these mistakes from Amazon delivery service shouldn't be happening
