I switched to the Amazon brand after using another type of magnesium glycinate and these seem to work just as well but at a better price. I use them to help me sleep at night two tablets in the evening a few hours before I go to bed.

A form of magnesium that your body can absorb, yet without the sideffects you typically get with other forms. I have no intestinal distress with this. Definitely a reorder for me ♥️ ♥️♥️

Ive been having sleeping issues and a friend mentioned these were a lifesaver for her husband. I figured Id have nothing to lose by giving them a try. I definitely notice a sounder sleep after a few days! I cant believe it! Im not sure if its the actual pills or maybe a placebo effect, but in any case I am finally sleeping and I don't care!

Was skeptical about benefits but this really has helped my wife and I both sleep deeply. I have experimented with this on and off the last several weeks and notice that I do sleep deeper on the nights that I take this supplement. My wife has said the same about her sleep. Only downside is that the pills are huge and if you don't like swallowing huge pills this may be an issue for you.

Works well for leg cramps.

I have had a really hard time swallowing these pills so if you’re built small like I am you may want to go with a different one! I’m going to finish this bottle, but they seriously keep going down my throat sideways and hurting like hell!
