The manufacturer claim is "safe for gasoline cars" so should be safe for 2011 Dodge Challenger. A buildup on the catalytic converter, could be a result of gas not burning completely, check spark plugs and coil.

Is this safe to use in a 2015 Mercedes Benz Ml350 (w166)?

I have a Kia Soul 2.0 2012. According to the manufacturer this is safe for gasoline engines.

Don’t know about the year thing but I have a 2018 Ram 1500 4X4 Eco Diesel and a code tester. Check engine light came, it was a sensor in the catalytic converter, dealers like to say you need a new catalytic converter, YouTube and it said use this, so I did what it said, put it in my truck at less than a 1/4 tank drove for about 45 minutes, then filled it up. After starting the engine a couple times the light went off. And all was good, saved a lot of dealer charges.
