角栓が詰まりやすいので一か月ほど、3日に1回の頻度で鼻に使用しましたが、特に変化した感じがなく効果はよくわからず。結構強く肌の刺激になると聞いていたので3日に1回にしましたが、もう少し増やすべきなのか、もっと長期的に見ないといけないのか。追記これが原因と思われる肌荒れは無かったので1日1回の使用に変えて一か月。角栓の黒ずみは結構減った・・・ような気がするが、角栓自体は変化を感じず。大きく目立つ黒ずみは無くなったので、これは効果あったってことでいいのだろうか？
