I’ve had these cameras for a long time now and realized even though I’m very impressed with them, I never wrote a review. I think for the money, they are the best cameras you could buy. They are simple to set up and install. They will accept micro sd cards for storing video so you do not require a service or a monthly fee. I chose these because they will track movement. So I can see my dogs or my child wherever they go in my back yard. I set up two: one on one side of the back door and one on the other. The only stipulation is they require an outlet to plug them in. But I have a pool in back so I have outlets in several places for plugging in the pool robot and entertainment devices. I can view both cameras via an app on my phone or my Alexa Show device. The image quality is good and with both I can see my entire back yard. I highly recommend these cameras to anyone looking for some simple home security or just the security of being able to keep an eye on your pets or children in your yard.

Based on price, I thought perhaps I'd end up with a dud. Not the case! I've got camera outside perhaps 50 yards from home's router. Downloaded app, which is free and it quickly found the cam. Ability to tilt using app is a plus. I like the date stamp showing. It's outdoors and is perhaps a bit sensitive to notifying me of movement that is perhaps just wind moving plants. Yet it's not sending motion alerts all day. Night view is not too bad. Overall very pleased with this small gem. I did have outdoor GFI outlet, so no problem keeping it powered. Take a look at this excellent quality CAM.

UpdateThese have been great cameras they do lose connection freq but usually will connect back on there own sometimes, I like the functional saved position options also the talk back features capture features like most cameras now but these are good with clarity at nite I can't get the flood lights to work. Overall happy with them the sd card captures footage and loopsRecommendedI'm confused,I thought I was buying a hard wired camera that I could hard wire into my porch light for now to use as security camera, and it came with a plug ??How is this an outdoor camera as instructions say to not get plug wet etc and should be plugged in indoors,Disappointed that there are no bright flood lights like my other cameras from other brands less expensive, and it does not seem to have a color option and seems to be only black and white, the nite vision was ok and has a good distance however the alarm strobe light is useless imo as it is a tiny light that blinks, the alarm on high volume is too low, the adapter plug has a 10ft thin cord it has sd option like all the other cameras do and 2 way talk, it says, have not tested that yet, but cannot find a color option all cameras have this now so I do not see why this one doesn't, I am going to test it for the next 25 days and if it doesn't function well will return it I guess, but I wish they would be more clear about how it is called an outdoor camera yet instructions says not to get adapter wet, set up was not difficult, they all work the same, the Alexa app has it listed as Alexa compatible and I linked it to the app, but overall compared to one I bought that has dual cameras on one for only 16.00 I do t think it is better or worth the extra $It doesn't detect things as I think it should we tested it multiple times, I put sensitivity up high . Either way it's a disappointment when I thought I could wire it into my porch light wiring.So far it is working well has good night vision and even tho black and white and has no flood lights etc it serves it's purpose and tracks motion very well .

The media could not be loaded. Great value for money. Install was tricky, I kept getting "unstable network" despite being 5 ft from a commercial grade router on a fiber connection. Reinstall was successful without changing a thing?? Was able to successfully format my 256gb Samsung Pro Endurance card in camera. Afterwards installed in my outdoor location using an outdoor flat plug 16 gage extension cord as the AC adapter is not designed to fit USA outdoor plug boxes (this is an unbelievably stupid miss).After powering up, system failed after about 15 minutes with no wifi or access to the microsd card. Pulled the plug for a couple minutes, restarted, it's been bulletproof since. My theory: delve into the setup menu and find the power grid setting, if you are in the USA, change it from Auto to 60 Hertz. I suspect it was on 50 Hertz as the 30 fps was not available to select, it appears for 60 Hertz power only.App is easy to use, and I love, love, love the ability to exclude everything but people in the detection setup, and it works flawlessly! Gone are the many false detections, so much so, that I felt confident turning the siren feature on between 11pm and 6 am, another nice capability. Not using motion tracking as my yard is small, so no opinion, but glad there is an off option.Slightly disappointed in image quality, but at this price point optics are likely where money is saved, so not really a complaint. Even with camera set to always recording at 2k QHD, 30 fps, it looks like I am going to get close to two weeks of video history. Way more than I was expecting, and no monthly cloud storage payments.)Update:Not a week after install camera identified an intruder at 3 am at roughly 50 feet from camera and sounded alarm. Note the intruder's reaction in video. Quality of video is excellent given the conditions, as is the timely identification of the threat and alarm effectiveness.

I'm very satisfied with this camera. It has a clear image both day and night, accurate motion detection, and easily connects to your phone for real-time viewing. Installation was quick, and the two-way audio works perfectly. Ideal for home or business use. Highly recommended!
