It's Gluten Free with the looks, taste, and texture of regular pancakes. We've had no problems with cross contamination, so no allergic reactions. Like most Gluten Free alternatives the pouches are a bit expensive and under sized in comparison to non-Gluten Free products. Easy to make using eggs, oil, and milk; no extra "exotic" ingredients needed.
