I use mine in the shower even tho they aren’t waterproof and mine are fine

Yes, they can. There is a button on the back of the charging case that you will need to press to put it in connecting mode.

Do they stay in at the gym?

I wear them climbing all the time and I never have to worry about losing them. They’re good for running climbing even basketball. I don’t think you’ll have to worry
