Now I am also curious to know if this is a possible side effect because, while I know I suffered from this prior to taking Biotin, it does seem that I am definitely more fatigued and have gained 20 lbs since I started taking the supplement. I started taking Biotin because I've been experiencing significant hair loss but sadly it does not seem to even be helping. \nNote, I recently was diagnosed with anemia which could explain the fatigue...and the weight gain is a result of being tired and not exercising. \nSurely everyone is different...so if you are suspicious, stop taking the supplement and see if your condition improves.\nI feel your pain so Good luck!"}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Why only 8mcg's?
