I received 2 shrugs both XXL,but one of them was not even a large size,it was so small.what kind of fooling is this where you mention XXL on the tag but send a small size

Print and colour look good, and the shrug is very light. Fabric is thin but comfortable for summers. Fit was good for me and it looks nice with a simple top and jeans. Overall, casual wear ke liye achha hai.
