Q: Is this container recyclable? I can't find a triangular imprint on the container.

There are two triangles one with a 2 hdpe and one with a 5 pp

Q: I had ordered this color amp formula(fruits, vegetables, seeds and grains) but received the wrong one that has only seeds and grains twice.

This just happened to me too. Didn’t receive the Color Amp formula with fruits and veggies, just the seeds and grains. I received a quick and easy refund though.

Q: Why is there color dyes in this? That is terrible.

I have ordered this and the smell was terrible. I will never get it again

Q: Is it normal for this bin of food to have a strong smell?

Anything with a strong smell should be avoided...it is a warning something is wrong. I have used this product for years and never noticed a strong smell. Tried many brands. My parakeets love this food better ...they are strong and healthy. I have 4 parakeets. Be sure to keep a cup 1/2 full of charcoal and oyster shells in a separate cup...also fresh greens every day. Parakeets also love Gene Autry music... :)
