Is there something like this for a house wall?

I put this on a garden shed. Drilled a hole in the siding and used an extension cord to provide power for some lighting and a radio in my wife's garden shed. Works great!

What is the outside diameter of the face plate? Im installing this inside a waterproof outlet cover.

It measures 3” across. The 3 mounting holes are spaced about 1/4” from the edge to hole center.

Could it be used to charge a Ecoflow Delta Pro?

It is just a 110 volt plug outlet. You drill a hole and mount this in the hole you just made. Run a power cord to this plug on one side and on the other side can be used to plug something in. I mounted this on my motorcycle trailer so I could keep my battery charger plugged in without having to open the door every time. Hope this helps you. Good luck!

Can I plug 2 10amp chargers into this so I can use 1 extension cord to power the chargers?

A 10amp charger is 10amps DC, so to produce that you're only using 3-4 amps AC. So yes you can run both no problem.
