How long does it last on the turbo setting.

Thank you for contacting us. The brightness will low down to 300 lumen after 1.5 min, and allow you to use for 70 mins from 300 lumen to 1 lumen. (According to our survey, all of the flashlight have this situation, but this A24 flashlight is steadier to use after the "low down"than any other led flashlights available on the market.) Hoping this answer can help you. Have a nice day.

Will the flashlight operate while charging?

Thank you for contacting us. Of course. All of the rovyvon flashlight allow you to use when charging.

is this made by titanium， because i see from the instruction that the material is aluminum alloy？

It is not aluminum, it is titanium.
