効果は はっきりとは、わからないですが、なんとなく疲れにくくなったような気がして、リピしました。

I've used a different brand before this. This looks like a quality brand, and does the job. I'm told that in Europe most doctors give this form of B-vitamin to people with diabetes as a protective measure -- it is said to protect against nerve damage even if your blood sugar is not completely under control. Also for people with other neurological conditions. I have pre-diabetes, but also nerve damage from an accident. I feel that taking this 100mg capsule once or twice a day adds to my over-all well-being. This particular brand's capsule is small and easy to swallow, and doesn't seem to have any unnecessary fillers. Some people with known high blood sugar might take as many as four capsules a day. I'm not at that point and I mainly use this to hedge my bets while I try to modify my life to rid myself of diabetes (I have known people who have done this - -mostly involved greatly increasing their daily activity level - -walking to work, etc.). A friend who is very picky about supplements, always checking for and reading research papers published in peer-reviewed scientific journals and the better medical journals -- told me that Benfotiamine is something he takes in addition to his diabetes medicine.
