I’m very happy with this back brace. It’s comfortable, easy to adjust, and provides great support for my back. The straps are strong, and the material feels durable without being too bulky. I noticed a big difference when wearing it during work and daily activities. It fits well, stays in place, and helps improve posture while reducing back discomfort. Overall, this is a high-quality product at a great price. I would definitely recommend it!

Having used a posture corrector in the past, I wanted to get something that was more than just pulling my shoulders back. I wanted something to support me in addition to retraining my muscles. I liked how this product had metal brace support of sorts inside of it, adding to the durability. Putting it on was interesting. Deductive reasoning helped a bit, but the instructions included weren’t clear. I gotta say I liked how it wasn’t forcing my shoulders aggressively. It was very gentle. And honestly the compression from the lower thick belt around the mid waist gave so much relief in addition to helping me elongate my spine. I find myself reaching for it after long days at the dental clinic, where I’m hunch over most of the day with patients. The qualm I have is the smell.. it reeks of that tire smell. I haven’t tried washing it in a machine due to the fear of it becoming mangled and useless. However I would recommend handwashing with some Dawn dish soap. Something about it, was able to get the smell out. Overall you need a posture corrector, go for this

At 6'4" I probably should have gone with XL, but the L is okay if I pull it down after I get it on. Of the 3 back braces I have, this is the least supportive and the arm straps do very very little. I thought they would feel more like the brace I wore when I had a broken collarbone that really forced my shoulders back, but these are basically thick suspenders. Having them there kind of reminds me to try to sit up straighter, but if I let myself slump my weight can easily overpower the support. Overall it's still helping while I sit at my desk all day, and it was affordable.

This has been quite the journey! My husband and I noticed, how much is posture has changed in this last year. He gained some weight(20 to 30 pounds)🙄 . Anyway…I suggested that he try posture corrector. He did!!! I was surprised, he said the only size they had was a medium…or extra large. When I looked at it, it looked like it might fit ME, at 110 pounds!!!! He said he was trying on anyway, it appeared pretty stretchy. I said no, he said yes…he won. He got both of his arms through the holes, I couldn't even close to closing the front! He was trapped! He couldn't get his arms out of it, he was flapping his wings like a dodo bird, flying around the house. I asked him if he wanted me to call the neighbor for help, he said maybe…embarrassing situation here. I ask him maybe he could find something around the house to pry it off, he found a kitchen implement and did just that. He was very angry at this point, and said “I'm done with this!” If you want me to have one of these, you will have to buy it yourself! I did. I found this one on Amazon, I read the reviews, they seemed honest and sincere. I bought it, he tried it, it fits!! It gently holds his shoulders back he looks 10 pounds lighter, and 10 years younger!! It gives support, while not being so rigid, as to make him sore. It is lightweight, easy to put on. No complaints, buy one! I don't know how long it will last, but when it dies, I will buy another one! Strongly recommend!!

Good product helps a lot with posture and does not allow for weight than one, Alse does not hurt the back. For those who complain about back pain, I recommend it 100%.
