I'm a coffee snob. I really like coffee; and I absolutely have to start my day with it. I've had a subscription for it for three years now, but with all the prices rising so much, I just can't afford it anymore. So, I scrolled around a bit looking for a replacement and found Boomi. It has mixed reviews but for the cost, and several positive reviews, I ordered the 100% Instant Arabica. I really like that it mentions it's mold free. To my delight, it's very good. 100% dissolvable, great taste and smell and well-sealed.

I give five stars for taste and 3 stars for price - 4 stars overall. I have been using Kava Instant Low Acid coffee for over 30 years. However, since they went out of business and then someone else started manufacturing the item, the taste hasn't been the same. Out of curiosity, I thought I'd see if there are other brands out there and found this one - all I can say is "Dang! This is good!" And I mean goooooooooood! I believe I'll be totally switching over to this, but dang it's expensive. So is Kava, but they give you more for the money. Of course, more of a bad thing doesn't equal less of a good thing... I didn't write a review right away because I thought "No way this is low acid - it doesn't say it on the label." But... it hasn't given me any issues in my week of usage, and believe you me, any other type of coffee does. So now I trust that this is definitely low acid. Honestly can't beat the taste, so if you're thinking about trying it - stop thinking about it and do it!

I have been using this product for several months now and am very pleased with the flavor and am especially happy that it has been advertised as being mold free,which is especially important to me since I've been battling mold illness for many years. I use this coffee in oat milk,(I was never a coffee drinker until oatmeal hit the coffee establishments,and now I can purchase it in grocery stores) Boomi is a medium roast,instant coffee,and does not leave a bitter coffee aftertaste. Although,using it in oatmilk could be cutting that aftertaste. None the less,I am very pleased with this product,and highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys instant coffee. I also use stevia as a sweetener instead of sugar,so something to keep in mind when ordering.
