Yes. It tilts up, down and sideways to throw curves. You can shorten the rear leg to throw flys. It only goes to 60mph, so it's not as fast as off the bat.

Issues with variable speed

Speed potentiometer will not allow for speed changes always at high speed, Called them up and they sent me a new potentiometer at no cost and was simple to replace very helpful crowd and was more than willing to help, my grandson loves this machine.
