Great Cards
I brought the 2-pack Dual 10GB NIC to create a peer-to-peer static IP connection between my gaming rig and my Windows NAS. The card does need downloading and installing the driver from the Intel website. After installation of the driver, the connection shows up on the Network and Sharing Center. Great cards, no issues yet.

They will fail
These will fail, I have 4 and they all failed. It seems like possible overheating but hard to say. They all have issues staying connected and the 10Gtek RMA page results in a 404 error, it doesn't exist. Purchase at your own risk.

Good luck finding Windows 11 drivers-- it's not easy
I eventually got this to work on Windows 11, but it took hours of searching on google and eventually found a reddit thread for downloading an everything windows 11 driver from Intel. Windows update won't find it and there's no exact driver for this NIC chipset model. If I would still have the link I would paste it here, but it took so long I was just glad it eventually worked.
