Cut my cold sore healing time in HALF!!
Wow! WOW!! Took for an active outbreak and I have never in my life had a blister heal as fast as when I took this. Cut my heal time from 10 days to 5. Tastes like nothing. Pill is big if you have a problem with that but I don’t. Worth every penny. No crazy side effects besides my farts were insanely smelly but I’ll take a smelly fart over a face knocker of a cold sore.

Impressed
Lives up to the hype. Gently on the stomach. It is a big pill though so I wouldn’t take it without a buffer such as orange juice. Whichever way you take it just take it.

large coated pills!
Nice price, 1000 mg per pill. But these pills are BIG! Thankfully they are coated so they do go down ok. If you have difficulty swallowing large pills this may be an issue.

Will buy again
I read that this specific amino acid competed for the same receptor as the virus that causes cold sores. The recommended directions on the bottle i think said 3 times a day with food, i took it once in the morning and once in the afternoon and by the end of the night my cold sore just stopped and skipped so many stages and just went to the healing phase. I was shook. Worked better than the medication my doctor orders and amino acids are good for your overall health. I'm really appreciate this product.

I suffered badly with really nasty and painful cold sores as did a few in my family.. I've been taking 1000mg every day (with breakfast) for years now and I have not had a single outbreak.. I've recommended it to others with equal success. Highly highly recommended. Note: I do take other supplements but can't vouch for their success, so I don't review them, but this is a tangible and verifiable success.
