3M Hard Hat Suspension Replacement, 4-point Pinlock Standard H-700-PS4, Pack of 20

I have a big head and have never liked wearing hard hats. They're uncomfortable and sit high on your head.. This suspender makes it feel like you're wearing a regular hat. You can also change the depth. The padding in the front is soft and not too bulky like the standard MSA suspender. If you're looking to add depth and comfort to your hard hat look no further! It was also a lot easier to put in than most others I've tried. I will be purchasing a few more to keep as back ups. I am completely satisfied with this product and I'm certain you will be too.

No comparison of this ratcheting adjustment to the original slide and snap straps. Not available locally... Cost of liner is usually more than total replacement of helmet. Used with STHIL chainsaw helmet with the screen face guard and integrated hearing protector. Excellent price... Thank You Amazon!!!

Bought this to replace the suspension in my husband's hardhat. He hates it... it sits so high on his head it just feels weird and looks really stupid. I wanted to send it back and get a different one, but he needed his hard hat, so had to keep it until I order one that sits 'normal' on his head. The quality seems fine; it fit his hardhat fine, just doesn't sit on your head as it should. And yes, we adjusted it, it didn't really change anything.

If your hate the hard hat that sits high on your head! If you wear a hard hat and have to illegal cut one band out to ride lower on your head. Then you will love this one. The only thing I dislike is the vinyl lining in the forehead part. It fills with sweat whem its hot and drains out on your face when you lean over.

These are the most comfortable suspensions I've used so far. I got mine to replace the original in my 3M hat, but this one is interchangeable with other four point hats. Old one broke at the back but was still ok to wear, just not as comfortable after about a year and a half of daily use.

Great product. I think the quality is better than the original suspension in my hard hat. I bought this to replace the worn and cracking original suspension plastic. It seems sturdy and is very comfortable. I like the adjustability and it was easy to install.

Fantastic price compared to local contractor supply store. Fit my 20 year old Peltor forestry helmet (Husqvarna logo) perfectly. Identical to the original that was in the helmet except for logo woven in fabric, 3M vs Peltor

piece on rear (cushion piece between ratchet and your head) came out and broke less than a month after I switched my old headgear out for the new one. Had to get the piece out of my old one and switch out (hope IT lasts longer).
