This is my second bottle and i guess it is best in the segmentIt’s quality is very goodAnd when you open the bottle from distance you can smell the aroma.But don’t drink more then a spoon in a day else you’ll face cold i would say very good for inflammation control also purity is too good

I've consumed it a few times - may be 30 times in the last 1 year.The best way is sublingual. Keep it in the mouth for a few mins. I take close to 1 tablespoon. Within 1 hour I feel happy. Cognition improves.BSO's effects are acute - peaks quickly and goes away in a few hours. Repeated usage can lead to some lingering effects in the brain - benefitting memory.But for me, continued use has led to acid reflux. Therefore I only consume it once in a while when I want to feel really happy.It is good for skin issues. Just rubbing a little on the affected skin area has helped me.I like its smell. So I rub a little around my nose sometimes.

I have used this oil on the skin along with castor oil and a few other ingredients, and I found it helpful for relieving minor aches and discomfort.The packaging is also very good. The cap and oil dispensing design is quite innovative and makes it easy to use without leaking or spilling.

It's a good quality oil but price is little high as per me, if price is reasonable too, i would highly recommend this
