What weight whole chicken does it take?

We have cooked a medium sized chicken (as weighed by Aldi) successfully.

How long does it rake to cook 1.6kg turkey crown

The cooker has pre set programs, the highest temperature being 160⁰, if I tried to cook this meal I would select the 160⁰ @ 50 minute program, if this isn't long enough I would start the program again turning the joint as we go. You can always stop a setting in the middle of a program if you wish and set it to keep warm. I find that the best way to use the Cooker is to adapt it to your way of cooking.

Can you cook ham in it ?

Yes, no problem. Chicken,ham,pork we’ve cooked, nice and slow.
