’ll admit, I was skeptical at first, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. These energy shots have been an absolute game changer for my runs. It used to take me about a mile to really find my groove; now I feel like I’m floating right out of the gate. No more mid-run crash, and what used to feel like a “moderate” pace now genuinely feels easy. The taste isn’t something I’d sip on all day, but they’re shots and the performance benefits make it completely worth it. While they are on the pricier side, I truly believe they’re worth the investment if you’re serious about improving your performance and getting the most out of your run sessions. Did I mention that since taking Ketone-IQ I’ve PRed my mile, 1K, 10K, and 5-mile times? Coincidence… or proof that this little energy shot packs a seriously powerful performance punch?

I was a bit skeptical about this product at first, mainly because I have tried several other "energy shots" or drinks or supplements over the years and they all typically have one or two things in common: 1) some really do nothing whatsoever or 2) if they do "work" it comes with a side helping of the jitters or feeling off in some way or other. Anyhow, we gave these a try after a friend recommended them and I have to say that although the taste is....special....the results are definite. So just power through the aftertaste of the shot (I mean really, we're only talking like 5-10 seconds of your day here) and then do whatever it was that you were going to do, but you will absolutely notice more sustained energy output and focus and all of the "magic" that they promise. Ok, it isn't magical, but it does indeed work, and without any of the jitters or weird side effects of so many other products. So for me at this point in my life I consider that a win in helping to achieve my fitness and life goals. This product isn't the cheapest by any stretch, but so far I have to say that it is a worthwhile investment into my regimen that has tangible benefit.

These are totally overrated. They didn’t do a single thing for me and I’m in good health, but definitely need extra energy. It’s unbelievable that they have a high-end podcast or who’s respected doing the ads for these. That’s the only reason why I bought these. Fail.

Love the flavor of these and the ability to travel with them! They are amazing for a quick pick up either during the workday or before a workout. I consume these DAILY and could not survive without them!! I sing the praises of these constantly! The caffeine is much smoother than other forms, and I love how it helps with weight management.

I use this product daily (whether training or not) to help with a mild energy boost. I don’t use energy drinks and have used Ketone for 8 months. Only downside is the taste. This will not give you the same boost as an energy drink (not designed to do so). This was developed for the military originally.
