I am almost 55 yrs old, so I use one pump a day, helps with menopause symptoms, i.e. hot flash's, mood swings, energy. If you are younger and just want to have a little reassurance, then a 2-5 times a week makes sense to me; but you should ask the contact people that make this stuff. Blood tests are the best way to tell how your many hormones are doing. I use pregnenolone, because it is a pre cursor hormone and hopefully divides up whatever is needed to the other one's, i.e. estrogen, testosterone and progesterone. as well as a few others.
