They do not adhere to underwear they fall into the toilet - which makes for a messy and unpleasant removal or risk plugging a toilet. Very unhappy with this purchase - I DO NOT recommend.

Only used once, and it performed quite well for me. I am satisfied with the product, as is anyone in close proximity to me after an unplanned "event". However, customers need to be made aware that these pads WILL be detected on the TSA body scanner. I was made very aware of this fact after my full-body pat-down by a very brusque agent, who actually had me wondering if I was indeed concealing contraband in my nether regions. One second of research confimed my suspicions. Keep this in mind when farting and flying.
