Casio GW-M5610U Wristwatch, all black, Urethane Band

G-SHOCKの定番スクエアタイプ GW-M5610U-1CJF「ブラック/ブルー」を購入。 電波ソーラーなので時刻合わせ不要、電池切れの心配無し。 G-SHOCKとしては小ぶりでスッキリしたスクエアデザインに、シンプルなカラーリングが美しい。 液晶画面の視認性も良好。 樹脂製なのでとても軽い。 多少ぶつけても機能的には問題無し。 この先長く使えそうな腕時計です。 ※ ※ 追加で細かい感想 ※ 「ブラック」や「オールブラック」のタイプと実際に並べて比較しないと分からない程度だが、本体とベルトは黒というか、ダークグレーっぽいマットな墨黒で、光の反射が抑えられていてクールな印象。 ベルトは「ブラック」や「オールブラック」のタイプよりデザインが簡素化されていてチープな作りだが、シンプルで潔い。 手首の細い人は、こっちのほうがベルトの先をベルトループにスマートに収めやすい。 ベゼルの文字は真っ白ではなく、ほんの少しグレーがかったホワイト。 ベゼル素材も樹脂製のはずだが、触れると金属のような冷たさがあり、ちょっと不思議。 液晶画面を囲む水色に近いブルーのサークルラインと、青みがかった液晶が、このモデルのイメージの決め手。 (※アップした画像は、スマホで撮影した低画質な画像のため、「L」や「・」など所々色抜けしていますが、実物はちゃんと色が付いています。) G-SHOCKらしい派手さやオモチャっぽさは無く、地味ながら凛とした美しさを感じる。

思っていたより小ぶり だが見飽きないデザインで良い

これデザインが良くて、とても軽いんだよね。 ケースは一見するとブラックなんだけど、透明のブラックなんだよね。ベルトもカーボンを使用してるんだけど、けっこう硬いんだよ😂。なので布製のベルトにカスタムしたよ。

ベゼルもベルトも半透明です 私は高級感があってとても素敵だと思います 軽いので手首に負担は全くありません ベルトが他の5600より少し長め カーボンファイバーの柄が透けてとても綺麗ですよ。

１秒でも狂いのない電波時計を探して、ようやく辿り着きました。 今まで買った電波時計は全て電波を拾わないので結局、手動で合わせてました。 結果、それが毎回ストレスになっでました。 仕事で１秒の正確さを求められるのであれば値段から考慮してもお勧めです。 GSHOCKは久し振りです。 毎日、愛用します。 追記：レビュー通り、やはり時間が見難い。これは自分にしっかり画面を向ければ解決するが、ちょっと面倒。 でも、ブラックの文字盤に白色の文字がカッコいいのでこれで行く。

見易い！使いやすい！ベルトもカッコいい！仕事で大活躍している。

反転液晶に不安があったが、一昔前のほとんど時計になりえない見えにくさと比べれば隔世の感あり。光の条件次第で、やはり見えにくくなるのも事実だが、日常づかいでは十分合格点。基本機能はここまでと割り切れば、G-shock史上の一つの頂点だと思う。「ライバル」のフルメタルに高級感は及ばないが、軽さの美徳、優位性はこっちにある。次世代はどう進化するかわからないが、現時点では最高のプアマンズFull Metal G-shock.。

I have a Citizen Eco-Drive watch which has been running over 25 years as in the video. So I chose a solar watch again. This is the best digital watch I have ever had. Thanks to the solar cell under the dial I don't have to replace a battery. With the help of the antenna the watch corrects time every night. In other words, the watch takes care of itself! The display has high visibility. In Taipei this watch received the time signal probably from BPC in China.

I’m a bit of a watch fanatic, but despite the resin body, I love this watch! It’s got a great retro vibe and is the perfect size. Cool weekend casual watch for me.

The negative LCD display doesn't deliver a high degree of contrast between its black background and "bronze-ish/gray-ish" digits. Additionally, legibility can be considered challenging depending on the brightness and types of light sources it's subjected to when reading it. That being said, I personally don't find it bothersome. It is typically legible if you have the patience for it, understand its nature and enjoy the aesthetic. And, it possesses a LED light for those moments during inadequate lighting. I live in Philadelphia. The Multiband 6 updates nearly every night on my wrist while I'm asleep. I also fully charged the watch before I started wearing it daily and it's consistently maintained a "high" charge reading. I'd consider the overall sizing of the watch to be adequate for a person with small to medium sized wrists as myself. It's a solid piece from Casio that does what it's supposed to do within its design and function!

I needed a new water-resistant tool watch, and with 20 bars (200m), this thing fits the bill. But it’s so much more! This model doesn’t typically retail in the US; it’s a Japanese model. The white digits on a black screen are in erase of the American version, and it adds just enough flair and differentiation without being flashy. The GShock line is world renowned for its toughness and reliability, and this watch seems to live up to the reputation. This watch not only is tough, but it’s solar, which means it’ll stay charged, and it’s atomic, so it’s ridiculously accurate (+-1 second in 100,000 years). What an amazing machine! On top of that, it has an alarm function, backlight for seeing it in darkness, stopwatch, and world time functions. It’s very easy to setup, and should never need adjustments. I am thrilled to add this to my collection, and look forward to wearing it for sports, vacations, yard work, and any other time a great “beater watch” is called for. By the way, this watch is navy blue, despite the blackish tinge in the photos. All the better looking to me!
