Is this real? How do you know for sure?

This comes from Greece. Part of the European Union. They have extensive laws concerning "Extra Virgin Olive Oil". These laws concern source of olives, production and processing attributes, and mixing of olives, among other requirements. Or you could just taste it. This is one of the finest EVOO I've ever had. If you like olive oil at all, you'll love this.

When was this olive oil harvested?

At the seal, there is a lot number that corresponds to the date of harvest. With that lot number you can go to website and find the harvest date. At time I bought (jan. '20), my bottle was from an early 2019 harvest of late winter. This is an excellent olive oil.

Pour spout to fit bottle - size?

Your Question makes no sense. This bottle comes with the same size natural wood cork that most olive oil come with. It does not come with a pour "spout". Yes, It would fit a normal olive oil pour spout, if you wish to use one.

The description states oil contains hydroxytyrosol and polyphenol. can you tell me how much hydroxytyrosol? not mentioned on the bottle. thank you

The website for this company (gypsyfarms.com) has a lot of specific information about the oil's antioxidant and polyphenols. They mention hydroxytyrosol, but don't give an exact number. They give numbers for other polyphenols and antioxidants, but not that one, that i could find on their site.
