Q: What exactly is Pharmaceutical Grade, and how can we verify that from published test reports?

It would be GREAT if TRUR pharmaceutical grade OTC supplements were real. Unfortunately, they are not - in my humble opinion. The only time I've ever seen that term is from a company promoting their significantly over-priced brands. I try to stay with popular brands and check my blood work to see if it's working. Glycine, for example, is typically taken with NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) to increase one's production of glutathione. I have my glutathione levels checked at least twice per year to make sure they are increased. By the way, NEVER, as in NOT EVER, purchase glutathione directly. Glutathione is DIGESTED in our stomachs and it will not have the desired effect on your levels. I'm not a doctor. This is not medical advice.
