On the back of the box it shows everything that is included: (B4 Pre-Perm Conditione~Cotton strip for hairline to prevent dripping~Curling Lotion~Neutralizing Solution~Leave-In Conditioner). This is by far the best permanent I have ever used. It is gentle to hair, easy to use, and leaves hair in great condition. I fully recommend it. I've used it for over 10 years and my hair is just above shoulder length and 1 box is sufficient. Follow DIRECTIONS and good luck !!

Q: Does this include endpapaers

Yes it includes endpapers (a substantial amount of them) and everything else you need to perm your own hair. It is a great perm.

Q: do you need perm rods?

Yes you do, if not you will get a loose curl and the perm will come out in a couple of washings.

Q: What comes in the box?

No curlers come in the box just perm solution gloves, it's the best perm out there
