One of the best toners I’ve ever laid my hands on but I stopped using it bcz it isn't FA safe

I really love this toner. It not a thick milky toner, but feels more moisturizing than a typical watery toner. It doesn’t feel heavy on my skin. I usually use two layers, and my skin feels noticeably softer and smoother afterward. The main ingredient that interested me was the rice extract. Rice contains amino acids, antioxidants and other compounds that help with hydration and give the skin a brighter, healthier look. I also like that the formula includes niacinamide for barrier support and uneven skin tone. What I notice most with this toner is how my skin feels after I use it. It leaves it soft, hydrated and almost silky without being sticky. It’s especially nice when my skin feels like it needs a little more moisture, but I don’t want to add another heavy product. I use several active ingredients in my routine, so I appreciate products that support my skin without making my routine more complicated. Two light splashes of this gives me a Dewey look and sometimes that's all I need.

قررت شراء هذا المنتج دون ان اعرف عنه شيء لقد كان ضالتي في روتين العنايه اطبقه على بشرتي وهي رطبه حتى يتم امتصاصه اكرر الطبقات كلما مريت ورأيته لطيف سهل الامتصاص يجعل بشرتك رطبه ولامعة لا يدبق غير زيتي اعتقد انه ادماني الجديد كإضافة لا اخشى تكرار وضعه على بشرتي حتى تبقى آمنه من الجفاف بالتأكيد روتين اخر ولكنه لطيف
