Is the "new" formula still in use? I see lots of negative reviews of it compared to the old formula.

The two major differences are the addition of CPC, a chemical clinically proven to kill the germs linked to gingivitis, and improving the flavor with xylitol, a natural sweetener with proven oral health benefits.
