Instead of 20 cups there were 19 in the box. The green one was missing. So the hassle of getting back to the seller begins, so I thought. However, I emailed AMIGO Spiele explaining the problem. The new cup arrived the following day! This is truly an exceptional customer service! I was really impressed. (Not even a reply to my email, just the pleasant surprise in the post the next day after my email!) In my consumer experience only a few companies act with such speed and efficiency. Thank you very much indeed! You won me over :-)
