Anti Snoring Device - D1

I’ve been waiting to write this review for weeks because I ended up getting sick and was coughing a lot and I was afraid I’d blow it out of my mouth.This thing works very well. It stopped me from waking up from my throat closing off and snoring. Sometimes my jaw and front teeth are a little sore, but it passes quickly. I sleep through the night and only wake up if I need to use the bathroom.The molding process was super easy and I was able to use it that night.If you don’t have a diagnosis for sleep apnea this is a much less expensive option to curb snoring and sleep through the night.My dreams are fuller when I remember them and I wake up feeling better.Will buy again if anything happens to this one, but so far it’s held up really well. I also love how it’s adjustable.

It helped keep me from snoring from what my girl said, but it's way too uncomfortable to try to sleep with it in your mouth all night. It's uncomfortable. I couldn't swallow, and my mouth was just full of saliva. I don't think I can get used to wearing this all night. I couldn't even close my lips. And most of the thing is hard plastic. So uncomfortable i wanted my $ back. I didn't get it so keep that in mind also

Have used several night and still snoring. Also pictures show device not showing. My lips do not cover it up.

If I could give it 0 stars I would don’t buy this it’s total junk doesn’t work and to big, feel like your mouth has to be almost wide open for that thing to fit in it and doesn’t close, also it’s like 30 bucks and when I try to return it, it’s nonrefundable

I am trying to find an over the counter sleep aid to combat my snoring before I spend the 3,500 my dentist wants for his sleep appliance. This one absolutely stops the snoring - the problem is I can not close my lips around the device at night. This seem to be "by design" as there is an additional notch at the top front that would prevent your lips from sealing if you were able to get them around the device in the first place (which I can not). Because of this I wake up with an aching dry mouth - and the tip of my tongue is very sore and dried out in the morning. I can only assume these mucous membranes that are supposed to remain wet drying out over night is not a good thing for your mouth in general. I can put lip balm on my lips and try to seal the lower lip to the top plate, but this still does not seal the mouth and I wake up sore, dry and extremely uncomfortable. This device works but the other effects are making it such that I have to abandon it and try something else - unfortunately.

I found it to be a little too large but it works. The price is amazing compared to getting one from a dental specialist. Like thousands cheaper so it's worth a shot. It might work for you !

This really has made a difference with my snoring.
