Good mini pc
Good mini pc. They say not to connect ethernet at first time setup. But I recommend you do and do a complete fresh install of windows at first to avoid any issues later on. It all works well now.

Greta features, support and warranty
Great little computer. Purchase for my son as a birthday gift. The power supply failed five months later. But great support and warranty and we received a new one. It has great features and powerful enough to play all the online games. My son likes.

Not even a year in and on the 3rd months the graphics card started giving me problems, i cant play a game for more than 15 minutes without the whole thing black screening completely, and not to mention the audio interface, it sucks, i cant plug in my headphones or speakers without having to adjust it to make it not mute.

Worked perfectly until it didnt
After a few weeks of use the computer no longer turns on. I tried calling customer service for troubleshooting and they instead advised we return it for a replacement. We decided to spend a little extra on something else

potato lasted 2 years
the pc worked for a while with out any major issues. i am more of a console gamer most any claims on it's ability to play games of aren't ones i could verify. couldn't run cyberpunk on it cause even at the lowest graphical settings and over clocked it was screaming at 15 fps, though i only tried that to see if the thing would explode. before buying it i saw it had reports of just straight up dying on people in less than a year, so i was semi-surprised when it took almost 2 years for it to brick itself oon me. though it was a power supply issue, might be, but idk since i can't actually get the damn thing open to check past the magnetic case were the RAM and SSDs are. between that and the fact i can't for the life of me find a guide to actually work on the damn thing i don't recommend it for long term use. TLDR: if you NEED a pc that can work for non demanding stuff on a budget it's fine for at Most 2 years before it perma-bricks itself.

Power supply going out a year and a half after getting it.
It worked for about a year and a half, then the power supply went out. Got it fixed in May, and now the power supply went out again a almost a week ago. I'm just going to get a new computer. Not worth fixing it again only for it to fail again.

No fan
Only complaint so far, it didn't come with any kind of cooling for the m.2s and ram. Fan connections are odd and difficult to find one compatible. Dealing with support to get some help, but it takes time.
