Fast and easy to set up. This is my second machine, my explore air i got secondhand and it stopped working so I needed a new one. Since it was my second, it was easy enough to set up but i feel if you're a beginner it should still be simple. It cut beautifully, you just have to make sure when you put vinyl or anything on your mat that you remember it leaves a gap on each end, so you have to make sure your vinyl is long enough to have space on each side. It connected easily to my phone, haven't tried my laptop yet, but I'm sure that'll work too. Only problem was the cutting mat came bent since the box isn't big enough for it to fit. The price is high and I wish it came with more extras though.
