I bought this mainly to make me aware when I was hunched over at my desk, in Quasimodo -like fashion, because my posture is affecting my shoulder. It is working very well for me! Yes, it is annoying when it goes off, but that’s the point. A week in, and I find myself sitting properly even when it’s not on (although I still will slouch without it on, so more training required.) If I had one complaint it is the cost of either the sticky pads (which I don’t use) or the necklace. Don’t get me wrong, the necklace works very well. But it seems pricy for a bit of rubber with magnets and a connector.
